Putting up Hammocks in the Carrieres - paulo999 - Sam. 22 Juil. 2006

I'm thinking about buying a hammock for future catacombes visits.

What would I need to attach it to a crack in the rock? I've seen people put them up in the room under Pépinière du Luxembourg, but don't know if they brought their own hooks or if they are already in the walls?

Hi Paul,

This is what you need : <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.au-vieux-campeur.fr/gp/asp/produit.asp?codprd=74823">http://www.au-vieux-campeur.fr/gp/asp/p ... dprd=74823</a><!-- m -->

but it needs to be a little longer than on the picture.

Hi Paulo

in the room under pépinière du luxembourg, there is a scale you can put a snap hook at it, and on the wall there are some spits to attach your hammac

you have to bring your own hooks, you can also bring a rope and a tibloc :

it is very practical to regulate the tension of the hammac

cheers, Chris
