Apologies for the English - mon Francais est tres mal...

I thought I would show you a few pictures of what we did today en angleterre. Very different than Paris, but fun.

C'est un grand carriere - apres un grand entrepôt pour munitions - 300 hectares, en le deuxieme guerre du monde.

Similar to the survey signs of the IGC (main plus moderne)

It's about 200km to the west, in Wiltshire. This area of the UK has alot of quarries - some are disused, some active, some converted into military bunkers or commercial storage.
Thanks Wink
Tunnellad is already in da place, mate ! ;-)

A hardcore explorer and able to drive french cops crazy :-)

but you 're welcome

Hey Paulo, welcome, glad you enjoyed your trip beneath the streets 8)

Was this Your 1st trip beneath Paris??
I've been 'under' a few times over the past few years and would like to meet other folk from the u.k that are willing to explore, get in touch if you fancy a trip in late july/ early August Smile

I'm not looking to go over with a huge group as this makes progress slooow  and my time can be better spent seeing new places rather than going over all the 'usual tourist' sites... Smile
We have had some fun... our friend's father's birthday:

Is it "Box" quarry or somewhere around?
I plan to go to Box with english friends from London, the first WE of November. Are you living close to Whiltshire?
